1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Plu ("Plu," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plu platform, including our website, mobile applications, virtual and physical card services, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
1.1 Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
- Reside in a jurisdiction where our Services are available
- Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process
1.2 Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
2.1 Plu Platform
Plu is a financial management platform that provides:
- Virtual card issuance for cryptocurrency payments
- Physical card services (subject to qualification requirements)
- Multi-wallet support (EVM, Solana, TRON, Stellar networks)
- Cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal services
- Money transfer services between Plu users
- Time-locked vault services with interest earnings
- Credit services (subject to qualification and approval)
- Transaction tracking and management tools
2.2 Subscription Tiers
We offer three subscription tiers with annual billing:
Free Tier ($0/year):
- Monthly spending limit: $10,000
- Up to 3 virtual cards
- Basic transaction features
- No credit eligibility
Mid Tier ($50/year):
- Monthly spending limit: $50,000
- Virtual and physical card access
- $600 annual credit allocation (upon qualification)
- Priority support
Premium Tier ($100/year):
- Monthly spending limit: $100,000
- Virtual and metal physical card access
- $1,200 annual credit allocation (upon qualification)
- Premium support and exclusive benefits
2.3 Qualification Requirements
Access to certain features requires qualification based on:
- Account age (minimum 180 days)
- Cumulative spending threshold ($500+)
- Active Mid or Premium tier subscription
- Successful completion of KYC verification
- Compliance with our terms and policies
3. CARD SERVICES
3.1 Virtual Cards
Virtual cards are issued through our partner, Rain API, and are subject to:
- Spending limits based on your subscription tier
- Daily and per-transaction limits
- Merchant category restrictions as determined by us or our partners
- Real-time balance availability
3.2 Physical Cards
Physical cards:
- Require completion of qualification requirements
- Are subject to shipping fees and timelines
- Must be activated before use
- Remain our property and must be returned or destroyed upon request
- May be frozen, suspended, or terminated at our discretion
3.3 Card Usage Restrictions
You agree NOT to use your Plu cards for:
- Illegal activities or prohibited transactions
- Cash advances or cash equivalents
- Gambling or gaming services (where prohibited)
- Adult content or services
- Transactions in sanctioned countries or with sanctioned parties
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
3.4 Card Security
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your card information
- Reporting lost or stolen cards immediately
- Monitoring transactions for unauthorized activity
- Disputing fraudulent transactions within 60 days of occurrence
4. FINANCIAL SERVICES
4.1 Deposits
When depositing cryptocurrency:
- Deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation requirements
- We may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits
- Deposit addresses are unique to your account
- You are responsible for sending to the correct address and network
- We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to:
- Verification of account ownership
- Available balance requirements
- Network fees (which you will pay)
- Withdrawal limits based on your tier and account status
- Processing times based on blockchain network conditions
- Anti-fraud and security reviews
4.3 Transfers
Money transfers between Plu users:
- Are processed in real-time when both parties have verified accounts
- May be subject to transaction limits
- Are final and irreversible once confirmed
- Must not be used for commercial purposes without our approval
4.4 Vault Services
Our time-locked vault services:
- Lock funds for specified periods (3, 6, 12, or 24 months)
- Earn interest based on lock period and current rates
- Are subject to early withdrawal penalties
- Do not guarantee specific interest rates for future deposits
- May be modified or discontinued with notice
4.5 Credit Services
Credit services, when available:
- Operate on 2-month credit cycles
- Are subject to creditworthiness assessment
- Include annual credit allocations based on your tier
- Require timely repayment to maintain eligibility
- May result in credit line increases for qualified users
- Are provided at our sole discretion and may be revoked
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
5.1 Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are billed annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or downgrade
5.2 Transaction Fees
We may charge fees for:
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals (network fees)
- Physical card shipping and replacement
- International transactions
- ATM withdrawals (where available)
- Expedited services
- Account closure or inactivity
5.3 Payment Processing
- All payments must be made in the specified cryptocurrency or fiat currency
- You authorize us to charge your designated payment method
- You are responsible for sufficient funds to cover fees
- Disputed charges must be raised within 60 days
6. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) AND COMPLIANCE
6.1 Identity Verification
We use Persona and other service providers to verify your identity. You agree to:
- Provide government-issued identification documents
- Provide a clear photograph or video selfie
- Provide proof of address
- Answer verification questions truthfully
- Submit to enhanced due diligence if required
6.2 Ongoing Compliance
We reserve the right to:
- Request updated verification information at any time
- Suspend services pending verification
- Terminate accounts that fail verification
- Report suspicious activities to authorities
- Comply with subpoenas and legal requests
6.3 Sanctions and Restricted Persons
You represent that you are not:
- Located in a sanctioned country
- Listed on any sanctions list (OFAC, UN, EU, etc.)
- Owned or controlled by a sanctioned person or entity
- Engaged in activities subject to sanctions
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use our Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt our Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Share or sell your account access
- Reverse engineer our software or systems
- Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
- Use our Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Our Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to:
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Text, graphics, logos, and designs
- Trademarks and service marks
- Proprietary processes and methodologies
Are owned by Plu or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense our content
- Remove proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without permission
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
9.1 Integration Partners
We integrate with third-party services including:
- Rain API - Card issuance and processing
- Persona - Identity verification
- Crossmint - Wallet and cryptocurrency services
- Supabase - Database infrastructure
- Railway - Hosting services
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9.2 No Endorsement
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services, websites, or content linked from our platform.
9.3 Cryptocurrency Networks
Transactions on blockchain networks are governed by the protocols of those networks. We are not responsible for:
- Network delays or failures
- Changes to blockchain protocols
- Lost or misdirected transactions
- Network fees or gas costs
10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
10.1 Service Availability
WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION
10.2 No Investment Advice
We do not provide:
- Investment advice or recommendations
- Tax, legal, or accounting advice
- Guarantees of returns or profits
- Price predictions or market analysis
You should consult appropriate professionals before making financial decisions.
10.3 Cryptocurrency Risks
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency:
- Is highly volatile and may lose value
- Is subject to regulatory uncertainty
- May be subject to theft or hacking
- Transactions are irreversible
- Is not insured by FDIC or SIPC
10.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLU AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DELAYS
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- ERRORS IN TRANSACTIONS OR BALANCES
- THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR FAILURES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plu and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Arbitration Agreement

11.3 Class Action Waiver

11.4 Time Limitation
You must bring any claim within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, or the claim is permanently barred.
12. TERMINATION
12.1 Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by:
- Withdrawing all funds
- Contacting our support team
- Following our account closure process
You remain liable for any outstanding obligations.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
- You fail KYC verification
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue services in your jurisdiction
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use our Services ends immediately
- You must cease all use of our platform
- You must withdraw funds within 90 days (subject to verification)
- We may retain information as required by law
- Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
13. MODIFICATIONS
13.1 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Email to your registered address
- Notice on our platform
- In-app notification
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13.2 Changes to Services
We may:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features
- Change fees with notice
- Add or remove supported cryptocurrencies
- Adjust limits and requirements
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plu.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any affiliate or successor.
14.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War or terrorism
- Government actions
- Network or system failures
- Blockchain network issues
14.6 Notices

These Terms are provided in English. Any translations are for convenience only, and the English version controls.

Not a Bank: Plu is not a bank and our cards are prepaid cards funded by cryptocurrency. Your funds are not FDIC insured.

Regulatory Status: Our services may be subject to licensing requirements and regulations that vary by jurisdiction.
Risk of Loss: Cryptocurrency and our services carry risk of financial loss. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
